Giuseppe Sanna was born in Cesena on 6 April 1967 and graduated in Law from the University of Bologna in 1990, becoming a lawyer in 1993. He attended the ISTUD master’s degree in ‘Economic control and company financial management’.

He was worked with Professor Francesco Vassalli’s firm since 1995, becoming a partner in the firm and sharing numerous cases with the Professor. He has assisted leading credit institutions and companies, including those with public shareholdings, gaining significant experience in corporate, commercial and bankruptcy law, both in and out of court.

He has served on the board of directors of companies belonging to a major Italian group.

Mr Sanna is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and other higher courts.

He specialises in corporate, contract, business crisis and banking law.
